DELIVERY

Standard Delivery

 

Standard delivery (DHL): delivery usually takes 2 to 3 working days from dispatch.

 

Delivery is free on all orders over €50.

A delivery charge of €4.90 applies to orders below €50.

 

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. There are no Saturday or Sunday deliveries.

 

Delivery time begins once you receive the order dispatch confirmation email.

 

Your order can be delivered to your usual residence or the address provided during checkout on the Louis Paris website.

 

In case of product unavailability, delivery times may be extended.

 

Please note that order preparation may take between 1 and 4 working days, excluding weekends.

 

RETURNS

 

You may return your order within 30 days of receiving your package using the prepaid return label included in your parcel.

 

Louis Paris will cover the cost of return shipping, limited to one return per order.

 

All returned products must be:

 

• In their original packaging

• Unopened and unused

• In perfect condition

• Complete with all accessories, instructions, packaging and documentation

 

PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

 

If your order included promotional gifts such as:

 

• Samples

• Gift pouches

• Gift boxes

 

All items must be returned together with the products.

 

If any promotional item is missing, the return cannot be processed and the refund will be blocked.

 

PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

 

Personalized or engraved products cannot be refunded, except in the case of manufacturing defects or damage.

 

Louis Paris products cannot be exchanged.

 

If you wish to replace a product, you may return the unopened item and place a new order on the Louis Paris website.

 

REFUNDS

 

Customers are advised to keep proof of return, such as the tracking number.

 

Once the returned items arrive at our warehouse and meet the return conditions, the refund will be processed.

 

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used during purchase.

 

• Credit card payments: refund within 14 days after the return is received.

• Bank transfer payments: processing time may be slightly longer.

 

IMPORTANT

 

You will receive your refund within 14 calendar days after the returned products arrive at our warehouse and meet the return requirements.

 

If the order was paid with a gift card, please contact Louis Paris Customer Service to receive a replacement card.

 

If you have not received your refund within 20 days, please contact Customer Service.
