Returns Eligibility

• Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

• Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

• Product must be in resalable condition

• Proof of purchase (order ID / invoice) is required

 

Non-returnable items:

• Opened or used skincare products

• Items damaged due to misuse

• Products purchased under clearance / final sale

 

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected:

• If approved → Full refund will be processed

• If rejected → Product will be returned back to you

 

Refunds will be issued:

• To the original payment method

• Within 5–10 business days after approval

 

Damaged / Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

• Share unboxing video + clear photos

 

After verification, we will offer:

• Replacement OR

• Full refund (including shipping charges)

 

Return Shipping
